By far the most caring and professional people I have ever worked with. They give you an estimate on what they have experienced and guide you to help with the settlement. If I needed anything along the long process they were there and if they couldn't help they found me help. They did what they promised and more. Rachel was the one I reached out to and she treated me like family and John would always step in and guide us with his experience. If I was upset they were understanding and would work it out for me. They went above and beyond for me and my family. If you ever need a injury lawyer like I did I recommend them. I am a 69 year old male. I was seriously injured in an auto accident that was not my fault. The last two & a half years have been the most difficult of my life. What started out as a normal drive home after work, on a route I had taken hundreds of times, turned out to me the most arduous journey of my life. Suffering through the early days of being hit on the drivers side of my vehicle from a young driver that ran a stop sign, I had no idea what happened to me, going through being taken to the hospital & having life saving procedures performed so that I can stand today with my life free from being paralyzed from the neck down. In the early days of a lengthy hospital stay without most of my family due to covid measures, I was unable to see my husband for several weeks. Making it though that & getting home only to have the true work start. Hours & years of all kinds of therapy, paperwork, phone calls, mountains of bills like we've never experienced, tears, depression, doctors, medications, injections, pain, being forced back to work before I was physically ready, it was all very overwhelming.
