Smith Law Office

In February 2017, I was life-flighted from an accident involving 4 tractor-trailers and a fatality, all while sitting still. I was referred to Scott Smith by my Worker's Comp attorney. Scott and everyone in his office worked hard for us. He always expressed concern about my health. Scott is a good voice to have when going up against giants. Very bad office ! Extremely rude. If they cant make bunch of money from you, they won't even listen to your entire case! I will NOT recommend them. They are only interested in money. Their paralegal is the one responding to you not even the attorney. BAD LAW OFFICE ! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STAR IF I COULD ! A WASTE OF TIME!

When our son was seriously injured in a car accident, Scott worked extremely hard to help him. Scott is an excellent , very qualified and caring attorney. He helped our family work through a difficult time with positive results. Scott was always a few steps ahead of the Insurance companies who were refusing to settle this claim. I highly recommend Scott !
