It is hard to put into words what a spectacular job this firm has done for me. My case was very complex and received much hesitancy from other attorneys in the area, making it difficult to retain counsel for my situation. From the very beginning, they were realistic about the possible outcomes of my case and walked me through every step of the process. Not only did they have experienced, and knowledgeable attorneys, every member including the intake specialist, Laura Stein made me feel respected and well taken care of. Laura was always a pleasure to see when I visited the office. On the occasion I had a conversation with her she was a really marvelous person to talk with; she made me feel so at ease, and she spoke with such kindness and empathy. When this case began, I had just gotten out of incarceration and was not in a good space both mentally and financially.
