I have been training with Zach for almost 5 years now. Zach's individualized approach to training takes into account his client's needs and goals. Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or have been working out for years, Zach's approach to training will help you reach your goals. Additionally, Jake and Noah have both assisted with some of my training sessions. Both Jake and Noah are skilled, friendly, fun and knowledgeable. The gym is full of new equipment, very clean, and has easy parking. Whatever your goals are, Zach, Noah, and Jake will help you reach them.

Visited The Matheny House during the weekend of the Arnold. The equipment is new and top of the line. The gym was extremely clean. Zach, Jake and Noah were extremely knowledgeable and fun to workout with. Highly recommend checking out The Matheny House if youre in Columbus

Absolutely amazing new gym with the best trainer/coach in Columbus. Regardless of your fitness level from beginner to seasoned competitor, Zach can help you EXCEED your goals. Space is perfect for personal training at any level of fitness, but there is a clear focus on building strength for those who want that. Equipment is top of the line: two Rogue power racks and accessory equipment, full dumbbell rack, a dedicated deadlift platform, combined with all the Rogue, EliteFTS, and Texas Power barbells you could ever want. You won't find a better gym and trainer for your training and fitness.

Open gym for the Arnold here was awesome! Got some deadlifts, front squats, and pump work in. Great energy. Zach was a great host. You cant beat a place like this.
