        I have been going to Equitas since 2019. I initially was impressed by this practice. However, I have now had so many frequent changes in my PCP for one. I just sent a Rx refill request on Aug 6. I'm told there is a 3 day turn around. It's been a week now. No communication from the provider at all. My husband goes there as well. He had to get an ultrasound a month ago. Again, no communication to this day about his results. I don't know what is happening here. It's almost impossible to talk to someone on the phone. Appointments are usually a month out. I hope something changes soon. I will have no choice but to find a new provider.
