        I hired Angelina because I was experiencing lower back pain. Its been a chronic issue for awhile, but I always thought that maybe it was caused by hip tightness. She gave me a morning and evening routine which Ive been doing for about a month now and I havent had the same back pain or stiffness. So thats pretty legit. I cant really speak for learning advanced contortion, but she seems to be an expert when she talks about flexibility.
