Donatos Pizza

Ordered medium pizza and there was a coupon available. The pizza was perfect and fresh. They offer slices for $3. Its located within Columbus Comvention Center. Ample seating. Staff are professional and very pleasant.

Lots of sauce, cheese, and toppings. I was very satisfied with the quality. Way better than the delivery chains I'm used too.

The worst service I have ever received! I called and placed an order for delivery. My order was taken, address and phone number were given, and my card was charged. I was told the delivery would take an hour. I waited around for over and hour for my delivery. I began to think they weren’t coming so I called the place back only to be told that they do not deliver to my area. I asked to speak to the manager and asked him why my order was taken and my card was charged (TWICE) if they did not deliver to my area. The only response that I was given was that this was an “honest mistake.” So basically I sat around for over an hour and a half waiting on my food to be delivered and it never was. Never got a call with them telling me that they couldn’t deliver to my area... they just left me wondering. All they had to do was call my phone number back once they realized they didn’t deliver to my area. Nope... they just cancelled the order without telling me. There never was an apology or and kind of remorse from the manager or any member of the team. I am highly dissatisfied to say the least!

Tried the pizza on a visit to Columbus, nice pizza and nice location. The staff were great too! The reason for my low score is due to the reception I received. I was wearing a Legalize Cannabis tshirt and was repeatedly told by staff that corporate management prefer they don't serve 'potheads' and refuse service to anyone associated with Cannabis, although the person serving me agreed with my tshirt message. I was disgusted with this intolerant attitude from this company, but I appreciated the staff members honesty. The customer is always right, even if they support legalising Cannabis. The store staff know this, but I suspect head office think they know better than their own customers. Donatos don't need to change anything except for the intolerance and prejudice that is prevalent in its corporate structure.
