Romeo's Pizza

No one was wearing gloves while making pizzas in this store and it made me question the cleanliness of it. I should have just walked away when I could. We took our pizza home and my boyfriend bit into what looked like a HAIRBALL in it. We are absolutely disgusted and will never be returning. There is no excuse for how foul this was. I never write reviews but I truly dont think people should order from this store. Absolutely disgusting.

I am new the columbus area and I must say this pizza place does not disappoint! There is always a deal going on and the pizza is always hot. I got it delivered for the first time and it only took them 15 minutes. I am super impressed with this pizza place.

They messed up my pizza. I called and the one that picked up said it will be refunded and they will remake the pizza. Thought it was gonna be a quick refund. It wasn't refunded or remade. When I went to the store a few days later, this guy said he was the manager and he could not give me a free pizza! Ok.. So I just waited to get the refund. And didn't get it in like a week and a half. When I called again, a female manager said it takes 1 to 2 weeks. So you have to wait. I forgot about this. When I checked, it wasn't there. I remembered and called the store. Another female manager answered. This woman was entirely rude and asked a bunch of questions. She found my order. But kept asking more like she was on a mission and being nosy. Requested me to produce the name of the person the manager who said they would issue a refund. She said she couldnt give me a refund, because I couldn't remember the name of their store manager. Had me wait for 15 min. Only then she said Call back on Monday because it was Saturday. The general manager has to talk to you. She will call you. Or call back because she is not here. Fast forward, I called back on Monday. Voila! The general manager did not come in. And I got transferred to this rude lady again. The call dropped for some reason. I called again. She was very aggressive. She answered the call like Please dont hang up this time??? WTH. Without saying a word, she put me on hold for 7min. What a clown. She began questioning me again. I reminded her I called back like she said. She started shouting at me. She couldnt control her. She didnt know the general manager was not gonna come. Very short tempered and annoying. She said the general manager will call you so give the contact information again. What a circus for a simple refund. Shouldn't have dealt with this kind of business in the first place. 2months later, the general manager never called. I just give 20 bucks you gypsies.
