I wanted to take a moment to share my sincere gratitude for Joey and Nick who came out to my home to look at a problem with my Heat pump. I had been told by another well-known company that I was going to need to "spend thousands of dollars trying to fix the current one or just have them put in a whole new system". I was not satisfied with that answer and asked Muetzel to come look at the issue and they quickly went through several logical steps to identify the issue. The unit had been overcharged by the first company that came out to look at it and wasn't working properly. The first company had also suggested a new thermostat that they installed but did not have wired correctly for my unit to work. Long story short, Joey and Nick took the time to figure out EXACTLY what was wrong, communicated every step of the way and took care of the issue within 2 hours of coming to my home. They were very courteous, kind and took the time to explain everything they were doing. WOW...what a refreshing experience to share because positive customer service seems to be a rare thing these days. Please do yourself the favor of trusting Muetzel with all your needs and feel confident they will take care of everything you need! Thanks to the Muetzel family for having an amazing team who cares about your customers. I will be your customer for life and make sure I tell everyone I know to use your company! I had this company out to work on a boiler system. The technician said he would come back mid-morning to complete repairs. I called the office today to check in because I had not heard from them. The women on the phone was rude and said I should have known the technician is not allowed to schedule. She said, "You have use us before and you know how this works". I reminded her that I call them about 1 time every year or two, and that it is not reasonable to expect a customer to know their schedule proceedure by heart. Especially, when their own technician doesn't know. The woman at the office continued to blame me and was very rude in her communication and tone and placing blame on the customer for your employyee's miscommunication is not acceptable. Every time I have called this place they have been rude. But I put up with it bc it is hard to find people to work on boilers. But their rude and abrasive disregard to paying customers is unacceptable. They are also far more expensive than they are worth. Done.
