Our latest experience with them was no exception. Blair was responsive to our questions during the initial call. Steve called back to confirm our service for the next morning. Jake was the repairman.         Technician called ahead and showed up as promised to replace an outside hose bib that had a slow drip. Working access to the hose bib both inside and outside was a bear but Tim handled it with ease. Very friendly, polite, and efficient! Would highly recommend.

        They are very nice to work with. They call before arrival, show up on time and work in the worst of weather. (They did the gasoline hook up outside the house in bitterly cold temperatures). I highly recommend them.
