My appointments have been nothing but hell because of the doctor. I explained my hardship ever since I got plantar fasciitis the doctor did not care and my last appointment basically blamed me when I can barely afford to live I have to ask my parents for medication co pay and he has an attitude because I didnt get a foot sleeve I have done everything I possibly can for myself and having a doctor basically blame you for everything is not helpful. Steven szames did absolutely nothing for me but get the wrong size for my work shoes and mean comments

This is the second time Ive called to make an appointment and no human answered. It prompts you to leave phone number so they will call you back. They never did.. I guess you dont need new patients

They made me wait months in pain and then told me that they were not scheduling surgery. And the girl at the reception was super rude.

I have medical insurance but received a bill for full amount of office visit. Called 2.5 months after visit to see why they were not billing my insurance as I had made sure prior to visit they were covered, and turns out they had my insurance information incorrect. Mistakes happen, but they are refusing to rebill the correct insurance after only 2.5 months since service date and the reason is aging account. How is this even legal? Its only been 2.5 months and this is not even my fault. Definitely beware of this practice. Im still at a loss as to why they would do this or be so difficult. Its being escalated now to see if they will rebill the correct insurance. Im truly confused how they run a business this way and cant make sense of it. And a horrible way to treat patients. Such a simple resolution and they dont want to cooperate. If they correct this problem and bill my insurance, I will update this review.
