Robin was helpful. There was a short wait where the bell wasn't heard. She was apologetic (unnecessary) and mindful that she may have not heard the bell. I appreciated the quick and knowledgeable service. There was also a clerk the other day who mentioned a transition in roles to where being at the front was new again. I appreciated the insight as it allowed me to be patient within the circumstance. Good USPS location.

The woman who works there in the morning is very rude and condescending. I gave her my package in one of those priority boxes and the first thing she said, Just know that if this is ground advantage you cant mail in this box ver rudely. I had already prepaid and labeled the box, she said that before even checking. Before my turn she was already arguing with the 2 customers who were before me. Customer service might not be her strong forte maybe she should just handle packages at the back.

Dont do transactions with the girl in the counter!! Got to say I like the lady who works here but not the other girl. I purchased 30 envelopes a while ago and this girl did the transaction. I didnt know they should be stamped at the time you buy them. Today I sent some of these envelopes and the older lady assumed that I didnt pay for them because they werent stamped. I told her that I bought them from the young lady right beside her and shes like nah nah I stamped them all. NO YOU DIDNT! At least hire people who can do their basic job instead of accusing people for stealing when I actually paid for it full lol.

This branch is honestly terrible. I have had issues with missing packages, extreme delivery delays, and deliveries put in random places nowhere near my apartment for about a year. This is the only branch Ive had any issues with and Ive lived in multiple different places in Columbus. Adding this 10/29: this is how my mailbox was left all weekend while I was gone, theyve also left the entire row of mailboxes open multiple times.
