One dam clerk! One! And a line full of people! Needed to mail a letter out before I clock in for work at 2pm! I got there at 1:30 At 1:45 I get to the front of the line for the clerk to disappear for 10 minutes! I left! Ridiculous!! Ill drive my letter to where it needs to go in the morning. Nothing but incompetence I swear!! Get it together! You guys are THE MAIN post office for the entire city.

Everytime my mail is supposed to be on hold the post office is not following thru. Mail is being delivered not being held like its supposed to. I have spoken usps to no avail. I sent a pm to the inspector general about this matter and never received a call. USPS you need to get your act together.

Someone at the post office likely stole a returned package with a value over $500, and from a non-profit organization no less. Package was marked undeliverable as the address we shipped it to was fraudulent. The package was confirmed returned to the post office but never returned to us. I was told it was delayed due to the holidays. Suddenly the tracking number has been deactivated and they can't help us, and claim the package never existed. The rep that came to my office to sell us services never returned any emails regarding this issue and I ended up having to go above her head to her supervisor who also didn't help us.

My small box I dropped off in self serve box drop - is stuck in the box drop. This box drop has been piece of garbage for like 2 years but it looked like it was operable again. So I used it and now Im 9 people back in line to tell someone its broken and go get my box out. 1 person helping all these people.
