Though I have had numerous issues in the past with packages being delivered to the wrong address or not delivered when they said they were in tracking, I have been impressed with the customer service I have received every time I have called this post office directly for assistance. I am usually able to easily connect to a person directly who helps with whatever issue I am having.

Staff is rude and condescending very unhelpful does not deliver packages on time leave them sit in the back then says they didn't get it yet even though the tracking says they got it two days ago would give zero Stars if possible

This office lost 100 of our save the dates for our wedding...guess they routed them to Hawkins, Indiana.

Will not come back to this post office. During a pandemic and a mandatory mask order, the old man behind the counter was not wearing a mask. When I asked why he wasn't he said the plastic barrier in front of him was enough. But that barrier is only 3 ft wide and has huge gaps between it and the people waiting in line. There is no way thats preventing his germs from going everywhere. Plus, when paying he allowed another customer to enter without a mask, walk over to the other customers without a mask and when I tried to avoid the guy when leaving, the guy made a "fake" sneeze noise. I replied by saying that you are required to wear a mask in public sir. The man working at the post office said nothing. I'm all for supporting the USPS right now, but I will not go back to this location. The location on Twin Rivers has always had their staff in masks and behind a barrier while working, and they have signs that say you must wear a mask when inside. I'll be going out of my way to go to that post office rather than deal with the unsafe environment at this location.
