My company used them to create custom merchandise. It was the worst decision. Longer than promised lead times, damaged goods upon delivery, and they had to be reminded to ship some items. Do not work with this company!!

I used to work here. Youll never get a raise unless you beg or threaten to quit. The owner of the company is never allowed to be wrong, and she hires yes men wholl never have a different opinion. A wise man once said to keep your grass cut short to watch out for snakes and there are plenty in that company. Do not work here!!!!

The BEST customer service! I have never had such a personal and amazing customer experience before! Their response time was impeccable and they go above and beyond! I needed to order custom vests for my company. I lost track of time and ended up needing to do a rush order on them. The team was amazing in making it happen. Everything was great, until I gave them the wrong zip code!! My shipment was not showing up and I couldnt track it down. I called my rep Melanie (the absolute best!!) and not only did she answer every panic written email quickly she answered every one of my phone calls without hesitation. Melanie assured me we would figure it out together and it would be ok. She was not kidding! She went so far above and beyond spending time on the phone with me and UPS trying to locate the package after MY mistake. I know these calls were way outside of normal business hours. Not only did I get my packages on time, the vests were absolutely perfect and everyone loved them!! Thank you again Leader Promos and Melanie!!
