Just a horrible experience, a horrible place to rent and horrible staff. They do not fix any maintenance concerns. Have put in several requests and have been battling trying to get something fix for months. The front office never knows what theyre talking about its like theyre not trained for the job. Make up things thats included in the lease after already moving in. Apartment building hallways and outside is always dirty. Do tours on your apartment while youre living there and still have months on your lease. Please dont take a chance even if youre thinking about it believe all of these reviews. It will be a year of pain if you sign a lease. Yes a maintenance issue will come up these building are not well maintained.

Lived in my apartment 2 years, the first year was great, but the second year my apartment was sold and we were given new management and new maintenance personnel. They do not answer any service requests in a timely manner and always have an attitude at the main office. Currently we have no electric in the laundry room for over a week and a half and me nor my neighbors have received any notice or reply of why we are without this service.

Terrible company, I wish I could give 0 stars. Will persistently attempt to schedule showings without the legally required 24 hours of notice. Also maintenance requests go without response. Will try to hike your rent up 25% on the renewal. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PIGS.
