        In the middle of May, the lawn service hit and broke the sump pump pipe. I reported to the current management company (Condo Management of Columbus CMOC). They said it would be fixed, but it was just ignored. When PMI took over in July, I reported the broken pipe to them. They acknowledged and within a week they had it fixed. A couple days later, I saw someone inspecting the fix. That would have never happened with CMOC. If PMI continues this way, we will never have to wonder if/when something will be taken care of.
