        DEV took over the property I moved into a couple weeks after I moved in and they have been phenomenal. The same day that I met the property manager, he sent a maintenance person over to work on a leak in our fridge. It took a couple more visits to fix all the way but they were on top of it and got it taken care of promptly and professionally. They were just as prompt getting blinds up in our bedroom. From what Ive seen so far, DEV definitely seems like one of the better (if not the best) property management companies Ive come across.

        Brandon could not have been more kind, communicative, helpful and accommodating during the application and move-in process. I was nervous as a first-time renter but it could not have gone more smoothly. Love my new place so much; cant recommend DEV more highly.
