Columbus Radiology Corporation

Looks like to be a completely corrupt organization who will take your money but then continue to send you a bill. My partner had the bill paid through a local organization for his cancer and they still send you a bill. Attempting to call their billing department send you to an offshore company who has no clue what they're doing. I would avoid this company at all costs.

The billing office customer service is terrible!!!!! They do not speak English very well and they talk over you when you are trying to give them information. I had to jump through a bunch of hoops to get them to do their job and bill my insurance company. I would not recommend them because of their billing service.

I have many complaints about Columbus Radiology. Was sent to collections with out ever receiving a bill. Call to try to resolve they will not take money but make you deal with collections agency. It seems they read from a script and aren't very knowledgeable about the information they provide. They are also very hard to understand when you talk to them and you feel like you have to repeat everything to get them to understand what you are trying to say. Very disappointed in this company. It would be easier to even deal with people with emails but they don't communicate that way. Awful billing company

They skim results. They leave out stuff that I have had. The things Ive had forever they say look good. Luckily there are other radiologists associated with my main go to hospital that take more a skimming and actually read the scans! They are horrible. Once or twice recently they claimed I didnt have pneumonia and I went to the hospital I normally go to and I did have it. I even was admitted when it was really bad. No wonder so many people pass away. They either dont look at the scans or that skim them and take less than 10 seconds! They differ from other radiologists. Theyve made so many mistakes (verified by having my tests elsewhere).
