Mathias was absolutely phenomenal, I could not imagine finding a better agent. He was outstanding in the process of finding our new home. He took the time to listen to our wants and made himself available any time for a showing, and made sure my whole family was happy with the big move. When it came down to negotiating, he made suggestions that would make us more appealing while also not going overboard. He and his team were on top of answering any questions we had during the closing process and they were always communicating with us even after the closing. Thank you again Mathias. We had a top-rate experience with our realtor Michele Meade. My son is a firefighter who recently was hired on the Akron FD his first home was in Troy, Ohio3+ hours away. As a family, it was very difficult to navigate everything being so far away. Michele went well above and beyond to make this process not only go smoothly but she was always available for questions at any hour and was very personable. Rhiannon Ferrari was great! She was so professional and met all are needs in selling our home in short period of time and still getting the price we needed for our new build.
