Terrible business office. Bills for service sent 1 week PRIOR to appointments. No reply/response to inquiries.

They don't consider or care about the patient, or parent of patient. My son has only had 3 appointments scheduled. I took off of work and took my son out of school for the provider to cancel/reschedule his apppintment twice. When I told the office that I wanted to switch my son's provider because of this they refused and told me he would have to stick with her or find another facility.

This place is a joke... after being here for two years and being stable on my mental health medication a c.n.p named Jacob's bliek thought it would be a great idea to remove medication. Now a year later I have lost my family, my house, job basically everything.. I have been hospitalized three times on suicide watch 2 times and had to do two p.h.p programs. While I was off my medication I called and begged them to get me in and back on my med only to be delayed for months then forced into a compliance contract that they didn't even comply with then to be told they can't help me if any thinks this place will help is being scammed.
