Lee and her team are great to work with. Excellent communication without overwhelming you. Really felt she had my best interest in mind and there was a 'no pressure' attitude. She answered all my questions and explained every step of the way. Very happy with my seller's experience and would recommend Lee to others. I feel very fortunate to have worked with Lee on the sale of my townhome in Columbus. From the beginning she made excellent recommendations on making my home attractive to buyers. After doing so, we received two excellent offers within 2 days of listing the property. We quickly accepted the higher offer. After those buyers got cold feet at the 11th hour, she fought hard for me to be able to keep their deposit, and was successful in doing so. She then immediately reached out the people who had submitted the other offer, and we were able to quickly sign a new purchase contract. Because the property was very old, we had a number of issues that we needed to fix quickly in order to sell the property. She worked with handymen, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and the HOA to get them resolved quickly and with minimal cost. All the people she recommended were reliable, professional and worked within the timeframe to get us to closing. She was on site to see the issues as they arose, and put pressure on the HOA when needed to accomplish the task at hand. I honestly don't think I would have made it to closing without her expertise. Her assistance was particularly critical since I live out of town and could not manage any of these issues myself. I can't recommend her enough.
