It took me so long to write a review because of my disappointment In Ohio health rehab. Have you ever been so heartbroken, you just give up? My mom had a stroke almost a year ago, she was inpatient rehab then told to go to outpatient rehab. Well fast forward she was told to do outpatient. She had amazing therapists. Then her therapy was reduced to only one day. We called the case manager joey to try to figure out why a person whose half paralyzed physical therapy was being drastically reduced. He did not provide a good explanation. We were told to go elesewhere. I escalated the situation thinking I would recieve some explanation. However, I will never forget the name David Rupp. He was suppose to help my mom get some answers. He never did. We went to Ohio state we are now in Ohio state Wexner outpatient rehab at Martha Morehouse and rehab. We have never been happier.

Giving this facility 4 stars only because of their frustrating scheduling practices. After our first visit we scheduled out a couple of weeks but their policy is that they will only schedule out a couple of weeks. This is very frustrating for caretakers who have other commitments because its very hard to get consistent appointment times that will fit around work, etc. We had to get special permission from our therapist to schedule our further, and even then they would only print out two weeks of appointments at once when we asked. Additionally, when we did need to schedule appointments the front desk would schedule times without consulting us. I know they were grabbing times temporarily but when we called up to schedule more times out the front desk acted as if these were set despite us not even being notified they were scheduled. Otherwise the facility was great. They have extensive and specialized equipment, all of the therapists we worked with were great and very knowledgeable. Would recommend to others who have specialized needs, however I hope OhioHealth changes its scheduling policies to make things easier for families and caretakers.

Christian M Rinella , is by far an amazing OT! She was very thorough in my son's evaluation for on the road driving. I would definitely recommend her! Thank you Christian M Rinella! And thank you Ohiohealth!
