Scam remodeler and completely unprofessional...buyer beware, I would choose someone else! I never write reviews, but I feel like i have to here. Juan comes across professional and promotes that he is such an "expert"...but watch out. I have done many remodeling projects and have all kinds of contractors that have worked with me for years. All the framers I usually used were busy and I had a time crunch so someone told me to call Juan. BIG MISTAKE. I had never used him before and his first quote to do the job was so ridiculously high, because he knew I was in a jam. Stupid me I knew what he was doing and had to agree. Then the change orders started!...and oh boy! The framing work was equivalent to a much more inexperienced worker and everything is a costs more money once you agree to a price. He takes no accountability for work he did wrong or overlooked and if you even try to question that it might be wrong, he will immediately text or call you that "you will have to pay for it not my fault". He left the job in complete and unfinished, but paid in full! Please find someone else, you will be much happier and pay a lot less, with much less headaches. Juan certainly got his money out of me and when I asked him to look at a wall he completely missed, he simply took a check I had left on the counter...filled it out himself when I wasn't there and walked off the job. Worst individual I have ever contracted with. Completely unprofessional and should get out of "GC" work and go back to just pounding nails for someone else. Juan, anytime you want to call me and make this right...you let me know. In the end this is the only option I had if your not going to support your work or be professional.
