        The Staff Tries Their Best With These Ill mannered Children But They Need To Step Their Game Up And Enforce Stricter Rules!! The Kids Run Wild Theyre Very Disrespectful Towards Staff!! They're Bullies The Breakfast Is Disgusting! They Have No Home Training Such Vulgar Language Is Used By The Children...Smh! My Child Will Never Return Back To This School I Send My Baby To School For Learning Purposes Only!! NCPA Is Not A Great School And If I Could Rate It 0 Stars That's What It'll Be! I Feel So Bad For The Childrens Who Actually Wanna Learn And Participate In School But It's the Kids With No Guidance Who Give This School Poor Ratings
