        I ordered a truck at a location close to me, it apparently was not available so I was sent to this location on Eakin rd. My pickup time was 8am, on Sunday. I got there was able to find the truck and check in, however, I ordered two appliance dolly and neither was in the truck. I called U-Haul and they said sorry move without. When I said that was not feasible she said you will have to wait till they open. So I waited and wasted an hour of my time. When they finally opened they did not have two appliance dolly. They had one, and one furniture dolly. The rep said that was all they had period. Throughout this whole process no one tried to urgently fix the problem. No one seemed to care they had wasted my limited moving time. And no one offered any compensation, they just told me to call corporate. What happened to the U-Haul guarantee? Right equipment, right place, right time? Guess that is just a slogan??
