        Much better facility when it was under Extraspace management. My rent has increased $150 since Storage Express took over. They also took away all on-site personal. Not happy and I do not recommend renting through this company.

        Rented multiple units for a couple years. Rent was increased three time in the last year. When moving out I told them I was moving out. The next to last unit I vacated was empty, then notified again. I'm now showing that I'm late on the payment for that unit. They said because no one has checked the unit yet. That was a week ago. I notified them I'm now moved out of my last unit today, two days after they charged me for the month. They said that they will not refund any portion of this monthly charge because they said I did not notify them with the day I was moving out. And if I would have told them before the charge date, two days ago they could have prorated the monthly charge. That's ridiculous. They knew prior that I was moving out of my units. But now they can't refund. Be very suspicious of folks that treat your business like that. She said on the phone, Oh well, it's just your bad luck.
