Love this station very help full the lady and the guy who most of the times work there. Very nice people Good thing is this shipping station opens till 8.30pm.

I am beyond upset. I had a package sent to me from out of state. I got the notification saying it was delivered the driver picked up from this location. BUT THE PICTURE WAS OF THE WRONG HOUSE!! And the address part where it says it was dropped off just says "Other". I called to try to get them to contact the driver to get it back. They wouldn't do anything. So I drove around and found the ups driver. I told him my issue and he called his boss right I front of me. He told him the issue and said he got yelled at and was told to go find my package. He told his boss he couldn't remember where it could be and that all the houses blended together. He told me his logs don't update for him to know where he has been. I did see him driving around looking for it. But I feel it shouldn't be so hard to find each location he has been in my area. there should be logs for him to back track. The worker kept reminding me it's his second day on the job and i tried to be understanding. But now it is the next day and i still dont have my package or any information where it could be. I feel this was handled so unprofessionaly. I can't get this item reshipped for it was a private contact with only one of the items. And it was not cheap. Training needs to be longer for this worker and a log system needs to be figured out. Had he been able to just go right back to where my package was he couldve possibly gotten it back. now i dont see me getting it at all and i am ready to go crazy on everyone connected to this place. It is the holidays. People will be paying for your services and trusting yall with their packages, a company that doesn't know nor care how to handle them . I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else because it is so damn frustrating. especially when i tried to be so nice and understanding about this.
