The UPS Store

I dropped off a package which was a return . The QR code was scanned and I asked for a receipt and was told to use my QR code as my receipt. I have returned items before and was always given a receipt that the package had been dropped off. I asked twice gor a receipt and was told it is a new thing Amazon is doing

I had to ship a item back to amazon the gentlemen working made it easy and fast no problems..i was in and out within 5 minutes with a receipt.really nice workers.

Do not use this store! When I had a package shipped to this store from another store across the country, this store rejected the package. While I understand the store being unable to hold packages, I cannot understand why they would not take the time to call the customer or the sending store before simply rejecting a package and sending it back across the country. When I called the store the morning after they had rejected my package, the sales associate was extremely rude and interrupted me throughout the conversation incessantly. The manager was friendly and tried to be helpful but ultimately refused to admit any responsibility the store has for contacting customers in these situations. It is clear that this store does not value their customers!
