They have a very stupid shipping fee even just to other states. They don't even understand my situation where all I want is my money back not the console. I live in a totally different state. They just take money. They ruin the rating of the company without me having my money shipped back to me.

The city gate FedEx location is straight out of a portlandia skit. I've been here 6 times and always get the same, painfully slow, mortally confused, has no idea what she's doing employee. I cannot get out of there in less than 45 minutes--even if I'm the only one in line. Anything sent from this location can be sent over night but will not arrive for 3 to 5 days later. My last visit was recent--because I simply forgot how bad service was. I needed to over night a package and missed my local 5 pm shop pick up. I came out to city gate and lo and behold, dreged through the same 30 minute wait with only 2 customers. Same lady. The customer at the counter caught that she put the wrong address on their package so she had to start over. 30 min and only 1 person got through the line. I left. I will literally have to drive my package 2.5 hours away to get it there tomorrow. But this location is so off kilter, especially with this slower than molasses employee, I don't trust they could even get my package there this week.

I visited this location around 11:30am EST on March 8th, 2024 and had to ship a laptop. Im not sure why, but this location was difficult and the associate working seemed untrained and refused to ship because the item I was shipping required further paperwork to ship out as a hazardous good. I was at this location for at least 45 mins and the associate was on the phone with their department that handles hazardous goods. The associate didnt give any clear direction on what was required for additional paperwork. I have shipped laptops out previously, and the same model, and through FedEx at other locations without issues. This will be the first and very last time I visit this specific location. I would recommend anyone who is shipping a laptop to NOT visit this location because they will give you a difficult time and ask you outrageous questions like how many watts, how many grams for the lithium battery. Laptops and other devices get shipped every day and people take them through TSA and on planes so why the difficulty??
