Jessica and her team removed large art work from our home, stored it safely for months during a remodeling project, and returned it to us safely. White glove service and a reasonable price. Strongly recommend!

I'd like to give a huge shout out to Jessica - Craters & Freighters Columbus & Cincinnati She has gone truly above and beyond with communication, fast and super courtesy, customer service. After initially delivering my art for a recent international exhibit in Cincinnati. She expeditiously picked it up after the exhibition closed, repacked it, and had it ready for shipping back to me in Florida within hours pretty much. Which was greatly appreciated as the same art piece will be going back to Youngstown shortly for another exhibition at The Butler Institute.

I had a large power tool that was a family heirloom that I inherited. I live in San Diego and it needed to ship from the Dayton, Ohio area. I contacted Craters & Freighters after a google search for shipping assistance. Jessica returned my inquiry within 24 hours! I was very impressed and grateful as she walked me through the process over multiple emails. Her patience and clear next steps assured me that the 3rd generation, irreplaceable item would be handled with care. The process was seamless with Jessica informing me every step of the way. I received the machine in perfect condition and was surprised at the unsolicited feedback when the trucking company driver explained that Craters & Freighters are the best company in the business!
