If you are looking for a retention management/student engagement platform, I cannot recommend Aviso Retention enough. Not only is it a great product, but their customer service is unmatched - they are accessible, listen to your needs, responsive, and so helpful. A+!

Aviso rocks! As a College Success Coach, I cannot imagine how I could do my job without it. Every day, I pull up Aviso in two windows so I can easily switch between them as I need to get different information throughout my day. Everything I need to know about my students is there. With Aviso, I don't have to flip back and forth between other systems or log out of one screen to look for more information. I have the whole picture right in front of me. With the Predicitve Analytics, I always have a current snapshot of my students which helps me organize my time and know when to reach out before something happens. I appreciate knowing which students might have the most problems so I can find ways to support them and, hopefully, keep them successful and on track to reach their goals. Having a place to write and store notes, send emails and texts, upload documents, and schedule appointments is fantastic! The Aviso Retention staff are professional and helpful. If I have a question or a problem, they are quick to respond and resolve it.
