We gave a reasonable explanation for a delay in payment at Butler Co. but these folks wrote an opinion supporting Dan Ferguson, an assistant prosecutor for Butler Co. Ohio. A family member had held a different property in abeyance for another family member some 6 years ago and more than 2 years ago the temporary holder of the property had conveyed the property to her brother. Harbarger, Clements and Caswell held our feet to the fire for a modestly late payment on the property held in abeyance. This lateness was 6 years old and mostly perpetrated by the nastily intentionally delayed actions by the Butler Co. Probate court which kept the case of the property open for 4 years 4 mos. despite the fact that the 6 year old property being uncontested. Dan Ferguson and the above mentioned board held that we were habitually late because of a slightly delayed payment on this different property 6 years past. For this reason, Ferguson and Harbarger, Clements and Caswell denied any benefit of doubt to us. Mr. Ferguson demurred when we complained to his office about the theft of art from us at the hands of the Butler Co. probate.
