Extremely neglected and malpractice if you ask me. They wouldn't let me have surgery for 9 months and then wanted to know why I'm having so much issue. They need sued for negligence and discrimination for my weight!!!!. They don't even deserve one star. Bet when one of them arr injured they get it taken care right away!!!!!!

I'm a business without employees and tried dropping them. I was being charged the whole time. They turned a collection in with the ohio attorney General. I don't even have employees. Gosh damn crooks.

I have called and sent in the required documentation 3 times and they still continue to send bills monthly growing more and more expensive get rude with every call telling me I owe them money for a policy my father had. They have sent the account to collections so Im fighting this as well. My father has been dead for two years, I have had to buy THREE death certificates to send in to them and they still argue and degrade me telling me they dont have them and the money is still owed. Theyre atrocious. My most recent conversation with the supervisor Elizabeth was by far the worst experience. She literally told me its not her problem.
