Lennox Flats

While I didn't end up living at Lennox, the apartments were very nice & the amenities were great. What really impressed me was the property manager who gave me the tour, Tavon. He was incredibly informative & very understanding of what I valued in my apartment search. Definitely reach out to him if you're looking to live at Lennox Flats!

I moved to Lennox Flats for grad school at OSU. It's proximity to campus (especially for football games) is unbeatable. My pup and I loved being here and are sad to have to go. The gym is great and accommodates various types of workouts with a separate cardio and weights room. Tevon and Heather at the leasing office are so kind and willing to help with anything. They are constantly out and about taking recommendations and making sure the place is in top notch shape!

2023-03 Update, Internet now is provided as 250 mbps, but no alternative options so still not ideal. 2022-10 A lot of people have addressed this Internet issue so I'm not repeating to explain. 25Mbps for a $1200 luxury apartment???? Also maintenance is super slow since I moved in last week. I submitted a work request Tuesday August 2nd and now it's almost two weeks, still no one come to fix it. (Edit: The maintenance crew was short stuffed so their only available worker was in a vehicle injury, my work order is fixed after two weeks finally. But still Internet is terrible. Hope ATT fiber arrives soon. Both Breezeline and Spectrum technician came and found this apartment to be just close to an available address. This may related to the specific address pinned to a nearby building, but no Breezeline or Spectrum here!)
