The View on Pavey Square

This apartment was beautiful and safe for my daughter. HOWEVER1) the elevators were always broken and not fixed promptly, 2) the parking garage lower level system was not working many times and residents could not get their cars out to go to work. This was frequent as well! 3) After a year of confirmation in writing from Paveys management that they owe us our security deposit back (my daughter moved out in July 2023), we are still waiting to receive our $ after dozens of emails and phone calls. They lie, avoid and continue to have bad business practices with security deposit refunds which is illegal. STAY AWAY from this complex unless you are willing to lose your $$.

I have tried so hard to like this place but the problems just keep coming. I have had incessant problems with noise from the most unintelligent neighbors, the smell of trash coming from each end of the hallway, and the fact that despite management's best efforts and helping me shift units, nothing can save me from this place as it's essentially built out of cardboard. "Stay away" doesn't even begin to describe how much I've hated staying here - so much so that I'm skipping graduation and moving out in April just so I can get home and have a good night's sleep.. for once. pS: Any positive review you see on here was paid off by the staff. It's fake.

The entire place has smelt like sewage for multiple days. Cannot leave my room without getting nauseous. Also the trash is never taken out and there are maggots all over the garage trash cans! Has a lot of potential, just horrible management.

Stay AWAY! Nothing can ever get fixed by the staff here. Problem after problem with no solution from the staff. If you like to spend a premium to receive the worst possible student apartments ... come here! Also if you love the smell of garbage this place is calling YOUR name.

Our son is currently renting here and we are so disappointed with problems that we are having with the utility billing. My husband has contacted the office multiple times and each time we are told that they are working on it. Something that should be an easy fix has turned into months of frustration. On top of this, the gift card that was promised at the beginning of the lease this past August still has not been honored - we have been told on numerous occasions that they will be disbursed but we have yet to see anything yet. Based on the issues that we have been experiencing, we do not recommend The View on Pavey Square at all and will be happy when this lease is finished.Management really needs to get their act together, absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service.
