The owner, Marcus, is highly unprofessional and unreliable. I booked a 4-hour session two weeks earlier. On the scheduled date and time, twenty-seven minutes before our appointment, he sent me a DM and text to cancel. I was on my way driving, so I didn't see the text. I got there, and he told me he texted me to cancel. He said his brother got arrested and that life happens. He didn't apologize for the inconvenience or acknowledge that I had cleared hours of my work day for this appointment. He was defensive and discourteous. He offered another appointment a week later, only to send me a message a few days later asking if I would reschedule for the time we agreed upon in person. He claimed he didn't have my information to put me on his calendar, but he sent me an Instagram DM and phone text. He had my name, phone number, email, and Instagram handle. My information was also in his system when I booked initially. Either he is incompetent, ignorant about scheduling a client on his calendar, or just playing dumb or being egocentric. If you're looking for a good customer experience and professionalism, this is not the place.
