        Where is my money Ohio. It's a direct deposit it doesn't take 15 days to send money. You guys did direct deposit ten years ago and we're much faster than IRS. What the heck happened!

        Rude people. Hung up on me because I called and asked what it was (forgot I had called years ago like Im really going to remember)and I refused to make a payment. Why would I and you all are already taking my state taxes every year lol. Everybody in this place is rude as hell.
