        I'd like to give kudos to Randy. The tire pressure light came on in my car about 2 weeks after getting new tires. I stopped by about 1/2 hour after they closed. Randy didn't hesitate to check my tires. Turns out they were slightly over inflated due to the warmer weather. She got them to the correct pressure and reset the car's computer to turn off the warning light.

        My first flat tire and Mercedes Easton dealership said it would be at least Thursday before they could get me a tire. Tire discounters got it that same Monday and had me in and out the next morning within an hour. They have my familys business going forward. Thank you Tyler and staff!

        Overall horrible experience. Take my car here to get repaired. They did not repair my vehicle. According to store policy they do not go pick up parts. I'm not sure how you can repair a car if you refuse to go pick up the parts. If you truly will like your car to be repaired and you do not want to go pick up parts. I would not recommend tire discounters.
