        Availability of an appointment was fine. One employee was inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable - Kevin. He kept "joking" for 3 of us customers to go home. We shouldn't have come in. Once may have been funny, but the continuous comments and the nonchalant attitude made us feel that he was being inappropriate. Not only that, but he actually did some of the "work" on my car. Not happy at all.

        Waiting 3 1/2 hours after calling the day before to find out if the product you ordered was available and in stock at the location that you made the appointment with to find out when you get there you have to then wait 3 1/2 hours for it The tires to arrive a phone call shouldve been made or simply answered the question. No, they have not shown up when I called the day before.
