I went in for a basic oil change, cap replacement and tire rotation. Even though the manager was forced to work overtime and it was later in the afternoon, Daniel remained very professional, and he even matched the price of the cap to a competitor. I plan to return. Thanks

My experience was good. I needed 4 tires and an alignment and that's what I got that day. Other than waiting a little longer than I hoped it was good thank you NTB

Appointment right on time. Tire rotation and alignment within an hour.

I have consistently gone to the NTB on Silverline Drive and either have been told that they cant fix my car or dont have time (I definitely can understand the time issue, but not the lack of knowledge to fix my basic Chevy Cruze). The last time (September) I had gone to Silverline, they sent me over to Dan at the Sinclair location. He and his technicians were able to get my car in same day, and get it fixed same day. This time, I had called Sinclair and spoke to someone other than Dan (come to find out she was new and I wont hold that against her as shes still training), but I was told that they didnt have any openings. So, I went back to the one on Silverline Drive. Big mistake. They had my car overnight and around 10:30am today they let me know that their technician wasnt skilled with what my car needed (tested for a coolant leak and my thermostat housing unit replaced) . They were trying to refer me to a friend of theirs that owned a radiator shop or to a dealership (Im not sure why they didnt call to other NTB first). I asked if they thought Dan and his team could fix it at the Sinclair location. They called him and within minutes I was on my way to take my car to Dan and his team at the Sinclair location. As soon as I got there they pulled it in to start working on it. They had a price and time frame for me about 30 minutes later and my car was fixed and back in my possession within 4.5 hours of dropping it off to signing it out. I had my coolant system tested, flushed/cleaned, whole thermostat changed, oil flushed and cleaned and an oil change.All-in-all while Scott at the Silverline Drive location was kind and professional, save yourself the time and go to Dan and his team at this location; theyre quicker, more knowledgeable and just know what the h*ll theyre doing. Also, Im a female and I dont get talked over or made to feel like I dont know what Im talking about at this location. Also, his technician is full of dry humor, which I enjoy haha
