LEGOLAND Discovery Center Columbus

Overall fun experience! Although some confusion because nowhere does it say that outside food is not allowed. And we ate our packed lunches in the cafe and were told that outside food wasnt allowed due to outside allergens. However, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich were for sale in the cafe. The logic didnt fit , especially with no visible signs indicating otherwise.

Way overpriced. the place is quite small. Went on a Saturday and of course was super busy. Waited 20m to get in, 10-15 minutes for the ride. It was a bit underwhelming to be honest, but the girls (6yo and 3yo) had an ok time.

We enjoyed the place. We just had many issues. First issue. We asked the worker about packages. He informed us that every photo package only has one person in it. If we wanted to have a family picture we needed to buy 4 picture packages. This was not true we only needed to buy one. Second issue is they only had one person working the cafe. She had to ring people up, cook the food, then serve the food. There was a huge line because of this. She also did not have any idea about the Lego lunch boxes so we did not receive one with the kids meal. We was not even given an option to be up charged to receive one. Lastly the managers explained that all this was out of their hands because we already paid and should have called every time before we paid. Did I mention I had no cell signal since the location is underground. Also the people called for a manager and explained to us the managers were to busy to talk to us.

We visited this place for spring break and we had a blast. Wr went to LegoLand in New York last summer which was amazing and this place is great. Fun for all ages. The rides are awesome, the building areas and movie is a lot of fun. We will definitely be going to more Legoland Discovery centers. I would recommend this to every Lego builder. The only con is that they did not have anything but coffee and water to drink. Needs better options.
