Fun sledding hill, but there are lots of bumps. The north side that is less steep has a slight chance of one ending up in freezing cold water. Updated

Wet, but that's the whole purpose of the location. It's a great use of a flood control basin so rather than wasting the space that is useful 99.9% of the time, the city provides it for sport and recreation. This isn't a playground but it is a nice open space for multiple use. Part of the Worthington Parks System.
