        I made my appt in November for January 24. The person making the appt confirmed the address several times. When we showed up to have the hitch installed, we were first informed we did not have an appt. Then we were told there was an appt but the type of hitch we needed could not be installed at this specific location. So another appt would have to be made at another location, we opted to not get the hitch after all. We have 2 other hitches installed on previous cars at Uhaul... this time was very disappointing.
