Kim M. was my travel agent. He answered all my questions and responded in a reasonable time when I called or emailed. Enjoyed our smooth trip to Monetgo Bay Jamaica and back. I would recommend this company as a travel agency and I plan to use them again in the future! Thanks Kim!

Attempted to work with Tina to help us with a trip for August 2023. Was originally extremely responsive, and sent over a client questionnaire which I promptly returned (credit card number included), excited to get started. Unfortunately, after several follow-up emails and a follow-up call, I gave up hope after about 4 weeks of zero responses. An additional 4 weeks later, she finally responded as though no time had passed, asking specific questions about travel dates and claiming she was starting to "work on" our trip. Obviously, we let her know that in the two months since she asked for payment, we had gone with another agency. Extremely unprofessional to offer services, ask for payment, then ghost a client for 8 weeks. I strongly advise against working with this agency.

We booked with Uniglobe for our destination wedding, and were extremely disappointed. We gave them several chances to try and make things right, but at the end of the day regret going with this business. Our intention of going with a travel agent for our wedding was to make booking flights and hotels easy for our guests, and to take any travel questions off of our plate as we plan the wedding. This was not the case, and it was unfortunate that guests kept having to call me to complain because they were having so many issues with something that we hired people to help us with. Here are some of the issues we had while working with Uniglobe: -Several changes in our point of contact (Miriam abruptly left who was the contact on our Save the Dates, then Denise for a few weeks, then the President offered to manage our trip while also utilizing Brian) -Inflated prices for our guests (Booking direct through the hotel for some guests saved them hundreds, while Uniglobe kept pitching cost savings by booking through them). -Wrong dates booked for guests -Excursion booked through Uniglobe was cancelled, but was never communicated to us. (They ended up giving us a credit for a similar excursion, but we only found out after I followed up days before the wedding). Throughout this whole process there were fingers being pointed and no one ever really taking accountability, which was frustrating because we just wanted to focus on our big day. Next trip we will just book direct to avoid any additional headaches.
