Had a wonderful experience with Kathryn who helped us plan a trip to Aruba. Made everything very easy and guided us through the process. Had a fantastic trip and will book with her again for future travel!

We chose Grandview Travel based on their positive reviews on google. Meeting with the agent went well, and we agreed to proceed with the planning. After that communication was spotty, until it just stopped altogether. Not quite sure what happened, but it was disappointing and frustrating to say the least. Maybe they prefer to deal with bigger vacations rather than a 5 day UK trip, but I wish they would have been upfront rather than ghosting us a few weeks into the process. Needless to say, we chose to go with another agency.

Grandview Travel did another amazing job planning my month long trip around Asia this November! Kathryn was always very personable, detailed, and available through the whole planning process and while I was traveling! I cant wait to work with her again for my Antartica trip next fall!

I have to recommend this agency. Kathleen Herath has been terrific in helping us navigate the world of travel. It is obvious she loves traveling and loves helping others discover the world. Her curated trips provide the best experience. She follows through all aspects before and during your trip, going the extra mile for clients.

My brother and I worked with this company and Natalie for our trip to Japan. Natalie was outstanding in every single way. She was great in helping to work in all of the things that we wanted to do as well as adding in a few things that she thought we might also enjoy. She was also great in making sure she kept in touch when things happened, like they always do. Overall, I would recommend this company and Natalie for any trip.
