        rude and not worth the time to even have them look at anything for you. Lady did not even want to help us plan anything. DO NOT USE....

        Kay was great to work with.  She was very attentive to what I was looking for and found the perfect cruise for me and my family.  Unfortunately the cruise was scheduled for April 19th and the cruise line had to cancel due to the COVID-19 outbreak.  Kay continued to keep us informed while thing were up in the air trying to see if the cruise was going to sail or not.  Once the final determination was made she worked with us and the cruise line to get a refund.  While this vacation was not able to come to fruition, I would definitely recommend Kay and the Hilliard Travel and Cruise Quarters to anyone that is looking to book a vacation  Thanks again to Kay and her team for their hard work even when our vacation was being cancelled.
