Never received a $120 service invoice from earlier this year - No emails, no phone calls, till I received a phone call today - over 120 days past due with a couple finance charges. Invoice was not paid on time because your company never emailed it to me. I've paid your invoices instantly for many years! I hope you can provide your employees a nice Christmas bonus with the $4.82 finance charge you had me pay today. I am done with your company... Ridiculous! Response to the "Response from the Owner" -- Keep the $4.82. Your company did NOT send any statements! And, I confirmed with your accounting department this morning that you did indeed have my correct email address. (Same email address as the last 4-5 years of doing business with you!) I went through all emails and spam files and nothing. PLEASE don't distort the truth in an attempt to save face for the lack of common sense. How am I supposed to notify you that something's wrong, when I didn't receive anything from you to begin with? The power picking up the phone and making a call is obviously a lost art. As stated earlier - I received a call this morning and paid the invoice instantly over the phone. AND, I did mention at that time that I thought it was somewhat ridiculous that I was being asked to pay finance charges, but obviously my concern fell on deaf ears.

Get your workers in check. I was doing a job today in Columbus and one of your workers and his wife came on my job site in one of your cars and told me I charged to much then called the police and told them that I charged to much held me up on my job half the day today. My work place has nothing to do with your work I don't come on your job saying that you charged to much
