Friendly service. Lacks signage for the uninitiated. If youre not a trucker used to navigating a shipping terminal, it can be confusing to find your way. We had to pick up a pallet of tile for a project. We chose pickup at the shipping terminal to save on shipping cost. If youre going there to pick something up, you should enter at the gate by the sign on Alum Creek Drive. Press the button and theyll open the gate. Follow the signs to the only building on the site that doesnt have a loading dock on it. Thats the dispatch office. There you sign in and then go through the building to the office in the back to show the shipping number and ID. We couldve parked on the east side of the building and walked in the back but unless youve been there before you wouldnt know that. Theyll bring your stuff out that back door to your vehicle. To get out, you leave through a different gate to Alum Creek Dr. Not well labeled, but its the only one that doesnt say No Exit (like the one we came in). Pull up to the gate and it opens automatically. Good service once you figure out the layout.
