They want to know who they are hiring. Once you are in then you are the few that made it in. This is a close family and if you stay long enough you are not a number. They pay on time and they are always looking for experienced employees. Update 04/2024 I'm not working for them or anyone anymore. I'm happily retired living around the world. I will say that this company will give you enough rope to hang yourself twice. No joke Remember to clean your truck when you leave and get it signed off by maintenance. Or they will charge you $250 or more. If you have a glitch in the past like an accident (your fault or not) in the last 5 years or a failed DOT. Don't apply! They will go around in circles for weeks, because some don't have the heart to tell you that you don't qualify. If safety gets involved in your life it's like getting a bad case of jock itch. Do whatever you have to do to get ilrid of it, before they find anything else wrong with you. They love putting peope out of service. And that means out of a job until further notice. If they owe you money you'll get it on your next check. If they say, you owe them money. they're taking it out of your check yesterday. Detention or being detained make sure you put in your paperwork, call in and input it in your computer. Make sure that money is on your check next pay. If you overlook and don't check that pay week. That money is gone or they might pay you. 60% If you get the Walmart account in Cheyenne. Don't make those girls upset in the office by refusing to put your CDL on the line. It might be more money but your CDL is at risk. You will get the worst routes that feels like you're driving for formula 1. The last thing I got to say is.. there like any other trucking company... but with a HUGE smile on their face.. while trying to find your bald spot on the back of your head.
